The following conditions apply and it is deemed that you agree to these conditions if you are applying for a search engine submission package:

The required Quotation Form must be completed and submitted to us.  We will contact you by the email address provided on your web site to ensure that is was you that submitted the form.  You need to reply on our email.  Upon receiving you reply, we will provide you with a quotation on your specific requirements.  Upon acceptance of this quotation and payment into our bank account, we will proceed with the submission process.  Actual work will only start after a  clearance period of 10 days after the transfer of the money to our account.

The submission of the web site will be our responsibility during our agreement period and no other party is allowed to submit the web site also.  This is to protect the web site from "spamming" the search engines and possible penalitisation.
