1. Easy distribution of relevant information such as minutes, documents and drawings.

2. Easy uploading and downloading of large files such as drawings through our FPT server.

3. Limit in risk of being comfronted by the fact that someone did not have access to minutes or other documents as these are available on the web facility and is accessable 24/7.

4. Backup of all relevant documents, drawings etc. in one conveniant place during the project and also after the completion of the project.  Building plans, reports etc. are available for download for as long as required.

5. "Library" of reports and drawings for institudions not using the web based system for project related issues.

6. Our unique email archive keeps track of all emails sent during the excecution of the project by including the special email address in all email correspondence.  Should there be a query on a particular email, it is possible to verify if the email was sent, to whom and what the contents of the email was.
