DSAC

Bakgorsi Consulting Engineers decided to use our facility to ensure proper communication between the North West Province Department of Sport Arts and Culture, the various Local Municipalities and the consultant team.  The various role players have access to the documents where they are involved with.  The first phase of the project comprises the design and construction of 5 community libraries and 2 multi-purpose indoor sporting facilities within the North West Province.

 An abstract of some of the documents already listed and indexed for the various library projects.  Every document is assigned certain permissions to ensure that when a registered user log into the system, the user can only "see" documents the user has been given permission to see. E.g. only DSAC (Client and consultant team) are able to see the minutes of management and progress meetings between DSAC and the Consultant.
