Integro assists clients to determine the best solution for their requirements.  There is a basic package that includes standard items as listed below. Special requests by clients are investigated and quoted for when there is a need. 

The services provided by Integro are the following:

1. Provision of project based web site facility for the upload, updating and provision of relevant documents to certain users that are entitled to see and download these documents.

2. Document categories for the presentation of documents in an easy to find manner.

3. Searching of document contents over document categories.

4. Photo presentation to keep users up to date with progress on projects.

5. Calendar that indicates all meetings.

6. FTP Server for the uploading and downloading of large files as typically found in drawings etc.

7. Notification per email to all users with permission to see the document when a document is uploaded.

8. Archiving facility where the project related documents, drawings, photos etc be kept available online.

9. "Storage" of reports and other documents in a conveniant way to be available for access 24/7.

10. Email archiving of all emails sent as part of the project by copying all email to a certain address.
